Leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. The pudding can sometimes separate, but stirring it should restore the texture.

This looks so creamy! I tried making a recipe like this one once, but ran out of cocoa powder and was too lazy to go out for more, so it definitely ended up as a swampy color that was much heavier on the avocado than the chocolate. Oops.

    1. Hey Heather! Thank you! ♡ When I was developing this recipe, I definitely had a higher avocado to chocolate ratio the first time I made it, so I know what you mean! Sufficient cocoa powder is imperative to chocolatey-tasting pudding, lol. 🙂

    1. Hey Kankana! Agreed! I scrape every last bit of pudding out of my food processor after I make it because I don’t want any to go to waste! Haha 🙂

I love this dessert! I have a similar recipe but it doesn’t look anywhere near as delicious and shiny as yours. I’ll have to give yours a go. I feel so healthy having it for dessert. Ha!

    1. Hi Kate! Aww thanks so much! ♡ You should definitely give mine a go, although I am sure your recipe is great too! 🙂 I love this recipe because you can’t even taste the avocado, it just tastes like rich chocolate pudding, so I think you will be happy with it!

This looks so tasty! Is it something that would still be good the next day, or do you recommend making it right before you’re ready to eat?

    1. Thanks Valerie! I have always made this recipe right before I was ready to serve it, so I recommend doing that for the best flavor and texture. The pudding will keep, covered and refrigerated, for about 1 day, but I wouldn’t store it any longer than that. Hope that helps! 🙂
