This looks so creamy! I tried making a recipe like this one once, but ran out of cocoa powder and was too lazy to go out for more, so it definitely ended up as a swampy color that was much heavier on the avocado than the chocolate. Oops.
Hey Heather! Thank you! ♡ When I was developing this recipe, I definitely had a higher avocado to chocolate ratio the first time I made it, so I know what you mean! Sufficient cocoa powder is imperative to chocolatey-tasting pudding, lol. 🙂
What better way to indulge right! I make this pudding too and I lick the bowl clean. 😀
Hey Kankana! Agreed! I scrape every last bit of pudding out of my food processor after I make it because I don’t want any to go to waste! Haha 🙂
That’s an amazing recipe Alia!! Perfect for indulgence without the guilt 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
Hi Deepika! Thanks so much!! ♡ Yes desserts and sweets are even more enjoyable when you know they are actually good for you!! You’re welcome!
I love this dessert! I have a similar recipe but it doesn’t look anywhere near as delicious and shiny as yours. I’ll have to give yours a go. I feel so healthy having it for dessert. Ha!
Hi Kate! Aww thanks so much! ♡ You should definitely give mine a go, although I am sure your recipe is great too! 🙂 I love this recipe because you can’t even taste the avocado, it just tastes like rich chocolate pudding, so I think you will be happy with it!
YUMMMM!!! I have made avocado pudding before and it is SO SO SO SO good!!!! <3 Now I want to make another delicious bowl!
Hi GiGi!! Yes avocado pudding is so surprisingly delicious! You should definitely make some soon!! 🙂 Thanks for stopping by! ♡
This looks so tasty! Is it something that would still be good the next day, or do you recommend making it right before you’re ready to eat?
Thanks Valerie! I have always made this recipe right before I was ready to serve it, so I recommend doing that for the best flavor and texture. The pudding will keep, covered and refrigerated, for about 1 day, but I wouldn’t store it any longer than that. Hope that helps! 🙂
Alia, can’t wait to make your version of my favorite, healthy sweet treat! Your photography is gorgeous, btw! Thanks for sharing this recipe. 🙂
Hi Traci!! Aww thanks so much! ♥ You’re very welcome! I hope you have a great week! 🙂
So good!
Thanks Christina! 🙂
