In a mason jar, plastic container or bowl, layer oats, milk, flaxseed, yogurt, honey and strawberries. Stir to combine, then refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, eat your oats cold or heat them in the microwave for a warm oatmeal.
The ground flaxseed can be substituted with chia seeds.
