- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
In a mason jar or container, layer the oats, milk, seeds, Greek yogurt, honey, and strawberries. Stir to combine, then refrigerate overnight.
