Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, pitted with flesh scooped from skin
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  • Process/blend until smooth and then serve.
