Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk, of choice
  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

To make this recipe vegan: Be sure to use non-dairy milk and substitute the honey with maple syrup.
