Peanut Butter Date Balls (No-Bake Energy Bites Recipe!)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a food processor, process dates until they form a paste.
  • Add oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and flax seed. Pulse until combined.
  • Using your hands, roll mixture into 1-inch balls and serve.

Notes

  1. To make this recipe vegan, use vegan chocolate chips.
  2. Store leftover energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
