Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • Half a banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)
  • 1 scoop plain (unflavored) protein powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
  • Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Notes

For easy blending, add the water first near the blades when adding the ingredients to your blender.
