  • In the bowl of a food processor, process dates until they form a paste.
  • Add oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter and flax seed. Pulse until combined.
  • Using your hands, roll mixture into 1-inch balls and serve.

  1. To make this recipe vegan, use vegan chocolate chips.
  2. Store leftover energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
