Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen pineapple
  • Half a banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey
