Easy Baked Spicy Sweet Potato Fries
This Baked Spicy Sweet Potato Fries recipe makes a tasty side, appetizer, or snack that is paleo, vegan and so simple to make.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper and toss until sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
Spread sweet potatoes out in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning over halfway through baking time, until tender and slightly browned. Serve warm.
- If your fries aren't crispy enough when they are done baking, you can broil them in the oven for a few minutes to make them crispier. Just make sure you watch them closely, so that they don't burn.
