Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the apples, lemon juice, and vanilla. Spread the apple mixture evenly in a medium baking dish.
Combine the oats, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut the butter into the mixture with your fingers, until it forms a crumbly consistency.
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apple mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
