Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 pears, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

For easy blending, add the almond milk first near the blades when adding the ingredients to your blender.
