Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup milk, of choice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 8 popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until completely frozen.

Notes

  1. Leftover popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  2. To make this recipe vegan, use any non-dairy milk (such as almond, coconut, oat, or cashew milk) and substitute the honey with maple syrup.
