- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey, plus more to taste
- Pinch ground black pepper
Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until simmering (not boiling).
Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, honey and pepper to saucepan. Whisk for about a minute, until the spices are dissolved.
