Packed with protein from creamy Greek yogurt, fiber from the oats, and naturally sweetened with honey and fresh, juicy strawberries – these overnight oats are a great way to enjoy a delicious and nourishing breakfast.
If you haven’t had overnight oats before, you are in for a treat. Everything gets put together the night before and when you wake up in the morning, they will be ready and waiting for you. You can either eat your oats cold or heat them up in the microwave for a warm oatmeal.
Since you prepare it all the night before, these overnight oats are an awesome time-saver for busy weekday mornings. Make them in a mason jar or resealable container for a great breakfast on-the-go.

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
In a mason jar, plastic container or bowl, layer oats, milk, ground flaxseed or chia seeds, Greek yogurt, honey and strawberries. Stir to combine, then refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, eat your oats cold or heat them in the microwave for a warm oatmeal.
